Sermon by Leif Seligman

Rev. Leaf Seligman

SUNDAY, MAY 1, 2016
Guest minister, Rev. Leaf Seligman
The story-telling researcher Brené Brown defines connection "as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” We thrive on it. We are hard-wired for it; yet still so many among us feel disconnected as our current body politic evinces all too painfully. Rev. Seligman will offer a sabbath meditation: theological, personal, prophetic in nature, on the power and challenge of connection and accountability.
